KVKK Disclosure Notice

This disclosure notice has been prepared to inform you, in accordance with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), about how GAYA Huzurevi ("GAYA", "we"), acting as data controller, processes the personal data you share with us.

We process the personal data you share with us through our website and our branches in order to;

• Respond to your information requests and inquiries,
• Plan and carry out the care service to be provided to your loved one,
• Coordinate appointment and visit processes with our branches,
• Fulfill our legal obligations

and for these purposes only.

3. Categories of Personal Data Processed

When you contact us or visit one of our branches, your identity and contact data — such as your full name, phone number, email address, and the content of messages you share through the contact form or during a conversation — may be processed. If you become involved in a care service process, special categories of personal data such as health data may also be processed, in accordance with applicable legislation and solely for the purpose of carrying out the care process, given the nature of the service.

4. Method of Collection and Legal Basis for Personal Data

Your personal data is collected through the contact form on our website, phone, WhatsApp, email, or visits to our branches, by being conveyed directly by you. This data is processed on the legal grounds of being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, fulfillment of our legal obligations, our legitimate interests, and, where applicable, your explicit consent.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared, to a limited extent and in accordance with the conditions stipulated in KVKK, with authorized public institutions and organizations as required by our legal obligations, with healthcare institutions we cooperate with where required by the care process, and with suppliers who support us in carrying out our services. Your personal data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

6. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under Article 11 of KVKK, by applying to us, you have the right to;

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• Request information about it if it has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad,
• Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• Request its deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in KVKK,
• Request that correction/deletion be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
• Object to the emergence of a result against you through the exclusive analysis of processed data via automated systems,
• Request compensation for damages in case you suffer harm due to unlawful processing

and other rights recognized under KVKK.

7. Method of Application

You can submit your requests regarding the rights listed above, together with documents verifying your identity, by sending an email to info@gayahuzurevi.com.tr or by applying in writing to our head office address. Your requests will be concluded as soon as possible, and at the latest within the legal time limits, depending on their nature.

This disclosure notice may be updated in line with changes that may occur in legislation or in our data processing practices. The current text is always available on this page.
